They opted for an ownership deep-dive, with the goal of gaining clarity on where their greatest levers lie towards a mature, truly lived ownership culture.

A culture in which every team member fully embraces their role and responsibility, towards clients as well as colleagues.

⬆️ The insights, based on a broad survey across the entire team, were translated into a clear Ownership Blueprint with a concrete roadmap and targeted action points.

According to Els Van Heck, this exercise was "extremely enriching".

The Ownership Blueprint not only confirmed the current direction, but also brought new perspectives to strengthen and accelerate more purposefully.
